Course offerings

The courses offered each semester by the Doctoral Directorate of Studies – Historical and Cultural Studies 41 as well as the respective registration and de-registration periods for each course can be found in the course catalogue. Registration takes place online using a point system.

BE AWARE THAT YOU MUST HAVE OFFICIALLY REGISTERED WITHIN THE GIVEN REGISTATION PERIOD IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN AND RECEIVE CREDIT FOR CONTINUOUS ASSESSMENT COURSES!

After registering, your attendance at the first course meeting is mandatory. If you are absent, you will be de-registered and your place can be given to those on the waiting list. If you do not complete the course (exceptions can be made with a justifiable reason), you will receive a negative grade if the minimum requirements are not met.

Workshops offered by the Center for Doctoral Studies:

These workshops are interdisciplinary and are considered supplementary to the courses offered by the academic Faculties and Institutes.
