Record of Examinations

Your annually supplemented overview of (completed) requirements serves as your record of examinations (see annual progress reports).

As soon as you have completed the requirements and ECTS credits stipulated in your Doctoral Thesis Agreement, you may submit your "Prüfungspass" (record of examinations) - independent of any annual report or your thesis manuscript-  to the StudiesServiceCenter.

The completed record of examinations is a prerequisite for registering for your thesis defense. Use this form as your record of examinations. Please enclose proof of external achievements (if indicated on the record)
